All prices on the Website are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Some products, especially custom or made-to-order pieces, may require a partial or full advance payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to incorrect information, limited availability, policy violations, or any activity that appears fraudulent, unsafe, or inconsistent with genuine personal use. 

All jewellery above the required weight thresholds is BIS-hallmarked, and diamonds or gemstones are accompanied by relevant certifications whenever applicable. By using this Website, you agree to treat it responsibly — meaning no misuse, unauthorized access, harmful uploads, or activity that disrupts or harms the Rings & I experience. 

To keep our services fair, meaningful, and available to genuine customers, Rings & I may limit or prevent behaviours such as: excessive or unjustified returns, repeated cancellations of custom or made-to-order pieces, ordering multiple high-value pieces solely for selection, using our products or consultations for commercial or resale purposes, misusing offers, providing tampered or fraudulent returns, manipulating payments or refunds, creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, or engaging in abusive behavior towards our team, designers, or partners.
