If such a piece is returned within the 15-day window, aΒ 25% deduction of the total orderΒ valueΒ is applied before processing the refund.Β

HOW – How to Initiate a ReturnΒ 

Beginning a return is simple. You can reach out to us through:Β

To help us process your return smoothly, the ring must be returned in itsΒ originalΒ condition, along with:Β 

β€’ The original product, free from scratches or dentsΒ 
β€’ Original packagingΒ 
β€’ Original laboratory diamond certificate(s)Β 
β€’ Original invoice or a copyΒ 

Returns are completed in theΒ same way your ring first reached you:Β 

Β  Β β€’ If you collected it from a Rings & I store, we’ll welcome you back thereΒ 
Β  Β β€’ If it was delivered to your home, we’ll arrange a doorstep returnβ€”simple and seamlessΒ 

Once your ring reaches us:Β 

1. We carefully inspect it for scratches, dents, or alterationsΒ 
2. It is sent to our manufacturing unit for a mandatoryΒ Quality & AuthenticationΒ CheckΒ 
3. Upon successful completion, your refund is initiated to your shared bank accountΒ 
Refunds typically reflect withinΒ 7–8 working daysΒ after the quality checks are completed.Β 

Important Conditions Reviewed Before Processing Final RefundΒ 
1. Original Certificate RequirementΒ 

The original laboratory certificate and invoice (or copy) must accompany the return.Β 

Lost Certificate:

β–ͺ If the original certificate is missing, β‚Ή1500 deduction will be applied.Β 
β–ͺ The Ring will be sent to the laboratory for re-certification, as required.Β 
β–ͺ This willΒ add another 7-10 working daysΒ to complete the QC and getΒ a Final Refund Approval.Β 

2. Coupons, Discounts & Promo CodesΒ 

The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid.Β 

If a coupon, promo code, or discount was used during the original purchase, theΒ refund amount will be reduced by that discount value, as it cannot be reissued orΒ recovered.Β 

3. Uncollected Store Pick-Up OrderΒ 

When a ring is marked β€œReady for Pickup”, it means your piece is complete andΒ waiting for its final moment with you. We understand that schedules can change,Β and delays can happen, and we always try to accommodate wherever possible.Β 

However, if a ring is not collected withinΒ 15 calendar daysΒ from the date it isΒ marked β€œReady for Pickup”, the order will be automatically cancelled.Β 

What Happens Upon CancellationΒ 

Once the order is cancelled, the value of your order is settled as follows:Β 

Β  Β  β€’ The advance paid is converted into Store CreditsΒ 
Β  Β  β€’ Credits remain safe with Rings & I and can be used anytimeΒ 
Β  Β  β€’ Purchases made using these credits are non-returnableΒ 
Β  Β  β€’ Making Charges and GST will be deducted and would not be considered while Β calculating the Store CreditsΒ 

This approach allows us to respect the materials and craftsmanship alreadyΒ committed, while ensuring your value remains protected with us.Β 

Regarding Online Payments & Pick-UpΒ 

We believe that balance payments should feel natural and intentionalβ€”not rushed. Β 
The Store Team will never request balance payment unless the customer isΒ physically picking up the product.Β 

Balance payment is expected only at the time of product handover.Β 

In rare situations where:Β 
β€’ A customer completes the full balance payment through a payment link,Β 
Β  Β  o Without any interaction with the store team, andΒ 
Β  Β  o The product is still not collected within 15 days,Β 
Β  Β  o the order will still be cancelled on the 16th day, and:Β 

The entire amount paid (advance + balance) will be issued as a Store Credit.Β
