Profile deletion

Rings & I enables you to request to permanently erase your Rings & I customer account. Once requested to delete, all associated information like past orders, past/current visit bookings, wishlists, saved addresses, and any pending benefits will no longer be accessible to you. The 'profile deletion' will require you to forfeit future account creation with the same email address, any claims to policies like lifetime exchange & buyback, 30 day returns and refund, product cleaning & fixing and any other policies or services offered by Rings & I – India’s First Ever Designer Diamond Ring Studio as well as any claims stemming from product damages and related issues. In the event that your account has any open orders, payments, grievances, then Rings & I – India’s First Ever Designer Diamond Ring Studio may refuse or delay the deletion of your account.

Rbi Mandate for Pan Card and COD
Pan card proof is mandatory for orders above Rs. 200,000. Order will be cancelled if the customer fails to produce the same. Made-to-order jewellery

  • If a customer cancels a made-to-order jewellery order within 2 days of the order placement, the advance amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • In case a customer cancels a customised made-to-order jewellery order post 2 days or order placement, there will be a 25% deduction of the order value before the refund is processed to the customer.

  • In case a customer does not pick up a customised made-to-order jewellery order within 60 days from the store, the order will be cancelled and 25% of the order value will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer in the form of a gift card.
