This policy exists to honor that truth—with transparency, empathy, and respect for both: you and the people who create your ring.
A: Cancellation Policy for Personalised Rings
WHAT – Your Freedom to Pause
You may cancel your order at any time before the ring is marked as “Ready for Pickup”. This applies even if your piece is already in production, in transit, or has reached your Rings
& I store.
To initiate any order, we collect a 30% advance payment of the Estimated Total Cost. If you choose to cancel a standard order, this advance is refunded to you in full.
There are no hidden terms, no partial adjustments, and no penalties.
WHY — Because Your Journey Comes First
While every order activates craftsmanship and resources, standard designs allow us a degree of flexibility. These resources can be responsibly repurposed without loss or waste.
Because of this, we are able to return your advance entirely.
More importantly, we want you to feel comfortable choosing us—not pressured to continue when your heart isn’t ready.
If your moment needs more time, or if your plans change, we would rather return your funds with grace than carry your hesitation forward.
B: Cancellation Policy for Customised Rings
WHAT – Your Freedom to Pause
Customised rings are created only for you — from your sketches, ideas, preferences, and dreams.
If such an order is cancelled, a 20% deduction of the total order value is applied before issuing a refund.
WHY — Because Your Journey Comes First
Your custom ring isn’t a product off the shelf — it is a journey built around YOUR VISION:
• Your idea becomes a sketch
• The sketch becomes a 3D structure
• The structure becomes a mould
• And our artisans shape it by hand into something that exists nowhere else
Every stage involves real human effort — CAD artists perfecting proportions, setters matching diamonds, craftsmen adjusting millimeters, polishers bringing out the shine.
Because your piece is made exclusively for you, it cannot be reused or repurposed if the order is cancelled.
The 20% deduction is not a penalty — it simply reflects the real work already completed for your one-of-a-kind creation.
We believe in being transparent, fair, and respectful — to both you and the artisans who bring your imagination to life.
HOW – How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you may reach out through any of the following:

Once you contact us, we will:
1. Carefully verify your order details
2. Confirm the current stage of your ring
3. Clearly explain the applicable refund terms
4. Initiate the refund to your registered bank account
Once processed, refunds typically reflect within 7–8 working days.
At every step, our team remains available to guide you, answer questions, and ensure the
experience feels respectful and transparent.
