Eligible Gold for Exchange

Only plain gold jewelry (without gemstones or diamonds) is eligible for exchange. In addition to plain gold jewelry, we also accept gold coins, biscuits, and bars.

Eligible Purchases for Exchange

The exchanged gold value can be used to purchase any jewelry item from RINGS & I.

Exchange Value & Deductions

Gold cannot be exchanged for cash, gold coins, or bars. The the exchange value of gold shall be estimated via a karatmeter, however the final value will be determined only post melting and this value shall be the final exchange amount.

Payment & Balance Adjustment

Once the exchange value is computed, you can purchase any RINGS & I jewelry of equal or higher value. If your selected jewelry exceeds the exchange value, you may pay the balance via cash, card, or other accepted payment methods.

Purity & Declaration Form

A declaration form must be signed, stating the weight of gold being exchanged. By signing the form, you acknowledge that: You have willingly given the gold for cutting/melting. The gold provided cannot be returned after evaluation. The purity reading generated by our Karatmeter will be final and binding.

Personalisation Lock

All personalisation (ring size, metal tone, engravings, etc.) finalised in the prototype will be replicated exactly in the real ring. No changes will be allowed while placing the final order.

Return & Exchange Policy

This exchange offer does not qualify for the standard 15-day Money-Back Guarantee applicable to regular RINGS & I purchases. However, our Lifetime Exchange Policy will be applicable for future exchanges. Minimum Purity Requirement: The gold jewelry submitted for exchange must be of 14Kt purity or higher.
