Eligibility

This offer is limited to 20 customers only, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must provide a valid government-issued ID and address proof to participate.

Security Deposit

• A ₹3,000 fully refundable deposit is required before taking the prototype ring home. The deposit will be 100% refunded upon safe return of the prototype ring within the agreed time frame.

Test Drive Duration

Customers can keep the prototype ring for up to 7 days from the date of issue. Extensions are not permitted to maintain fairness for other interested customers.

Prototype Ring Details

The prototype is crafted in precious metals and looks identical to the final engagement ring design. It is meant for experience and trial purposes only, not for prolonged wear during physical activities.

Ring Resizing Policy

• If the trial ring is a larger size, a silicone adjuster will be provided for temporary fitting. If the required size is smaller than the available size, this offer may not be applicable. However, customers can opt for our “Custom Prototype Creation” offer, where we will build a free prototype of their dream ring before they finalize their purchase.

Condition & Care

The prototype ring must be handled with care and returned in its original condition. It must not be resized, polished, modified, or exposed to harsh conditions (e.g., water, chemicals, physical damage).

Return Policy

• The ring must be returned on or before the agreed return date (7 days from issue). In case of loss, damage, or failure to return the ring, the ₹3,000 deposit will not be refunded, but no additional charges will apply.

Purchase Incentive

If the customer decides to purchase their engagement ring, the deposit can be adjusted against the final purchase value upon request.
